I have found out that I’m having hepatitis c a lot of years back. It has been discovered by accident with my doctor saw that there is something wrong with my blood work and ran on me an more detailed blood work which showed and diagnosed me with hepatitis c. if my thoughts about when I have got hepatitis c is true then I have this virus for a lot of years. I’ve been thinking (and I still do) that I might have it from a short period of using the IV drugs. Anyways. Back in the days when I got diagnosed I was asymptotic. I did not had any insurance and I was running very low on money. since there was nothing that interfered with my life (I was feeling like I had no virus at all) – I have not done anything about it. but I did knew that there would come the time when I would need to do something about it. that time came. I have started my treatment with this drug and nearly immediately after I have started it, I have started to get some side effects. mostly of what I was getting was emotional and mental side effects. it kind of changed my “brain functionality”. I say so because I started to have very weird and very vivid dreams that I have never had in the past (that’s how I know that it is because of the drug). I also had some very strange and uncontrollable mood swings and there were also have been other things too. I am not sure if I can attribute all of them to the drug, however I really think so because they all have started after I started to take the drug (soon after) and all of them plus minus in the same time. these were all only mental side effects. if talking about the physical side effects then there’s nothing I can complain about. it is strange, I know, but there are no physical side effects at all. I was expecting rather some physical side effects (since I’m trying to cure a physical condition than a mental one) and this is a very potent medicine and since it is so potent – how it is that possible that it did not gave me any side effects? I am not sure. Anyway. I am happy that it didn’t have any side effects on me but i just think that it is strange. The most important thing is that I would get cured of the hepatitis c until the end. I’m trying to say that I hope the virus won’t return because I’ve already finished my treatment course and I have had the labs but I am now waiting for the results and I hope very much that they would show that I don’t have any viruses anymore. I have to say that I have had the genotype 3 A hepatitis C (or maybe I still have it, I am not sure – going to find out soon). thought it is important to mention because hepatitis C genotype 3 A has a lower chance of being cured than genotype 1 and 2. So far I can tell you this – the side effects are nothing if this drug has done the job and it has cured me from the hepatitis C. if it has done it then there are no side effects that should worry you and I definitely recommend it to absolutely everyone who has hepatitis C. in fact I think that there are absolutely no side effects that can outweigh this very big benefit of getting cured of the hepatitis C, don’t you think? unless the side effect is that it’s giving you an even worse condition or you would die from them (both of which are very highly unlikely). Oh yeah, there is also something else that it is very important to mention: I have finished my course not so long ago with Natdac (daclatasvir) as well as Sovaldi (sofobuvir). My treatment consisted in both of them. that’s important for you to know. so, I’m waiting for the results and I really hope very much that they would be negative for the virus!
The virus load I have had of the hepatitis c (genotype 3A) has been 325000 the first time when I have checked it with my doctor. i contracted hepatitis c a lot of years ago, not even sure how much but that’s not so important. the doctor told me that I need to get cured by the help of a 12 week treatment which consisted in sofosbuvir and daclatasvir. Searching online about these drugs the first thing that appeared to me was Sovaldi (for sofosbuvir) and Daklinza (for daclatasvir) and I’ve thought that these would be the medicines that would cure my hepatitis c. however, they were too expensive. My insurance company refused to cover them. had to search for something else and that’s how I have found out about this drug Natdac and about the drug Cimivir for the sofosbuvir, both of which are the generic versions of those expensive ones (Sovaldi and Daklinza). To be honest, now that I have finished a bit more than half of my treatment then I can tell you that there is really no need to get those expensive drugs because these generics are doing an amazing job. I am now in the 8 th week out of the total of 12 weeks program but the blood work that I have had a few days ago already showed 0 for my virus load and I am SO so so happy about it. as long as these drugs are working (but they are working since my VL is 0) then I can call them amazing drugs that I would recommend to everybody and that’s what I am doing right now. the combination of these 2 has done it and has cured my hepatitis c. they have worked amazing. in fact, they still do as I am still having 4 more weeks to take them. my doctor has told me that there are some chances that after the treatment (after I would stop taking the drugs) there are chances the virus would return and if I would continue until the end with the treatment the chances would be very and very low. hope that’s true and the virus won’t ever appear. About the side effects of the combination of these drugs: there are some but they are nothing scary. They are easily manageable. And they are fatigue, a little bit of headaches, some flu like symptoms (mostly the flu like aches through the body) and a bit of pains in the joints. But they were mild, they cannot stop me from doing my daily activities like going to work. Anyway, the important thing for me, what matters is the fact that this combo did worked. I really do not care about the side effects. they mean nothing to me. I am just very happy that my virus load is now 0. I can recommend them anytime to anybody who is having hepatitis c and you could go for these generics as they are also gonna do the job.
